I decided to list my house for sale, after much research into local real estate companies, with Linton Hall Realtors. Why? Ashley Leigh's team proved themselves as the most knowledgeable of the local area and market conditions as well as having a large presence and proven history. Chad Hollingsworth specifically, is an outstanding agent that always has time for you as a client. I had a rather large house to sell (7200+sqft) with a specific sale price in mind so I knew my target buyer demographic would be limited. Chad and Ashley Leigh Realtors proved their worth not only in the marketing of my house but also the analysis of the target market, staging and best time to sell. I actually met with Chad a year prior to listing my house and followed his suggestions regarding upgrades to prepare my house for sale. After listing with Linton Hall Realtors I got a fantastic deal on my house and I firmly believe that wouldn't have been possible without Ashley Leigh Realtors and Chad's expertise and diligence! Due to the buyer's requested move-in date we were pressed into finding a new home within days. Chad took us to multiple properties (16) in 2 days and we found a great house. Chad also provided suggestions on Mortgage Lenders who I decided to use and got a rate that no one else could beat. All in all I couldn't be happier and as a testament to my satisfaction Chad and Ashley Leigh will be my ONLY realtor going forward.
