Last year, I had a market analysis done on my property by a veteran realtor who thought I would be lucky to rcieve $280k for my property, so I decided to wait to sell. This year, I searched the market for comps and decided $290k was a reasonable price and listed it for sale by owner. I ended up showing the property to three different realtors who all told me that was a good price and they will search for buyers for me. Danielle called me on a Sunday and basically told me I was crazy and if I listed with her she would be able to get me $324k. A huge difference! Since I wasn't in a rush to sell, I figured I had nothing to loose, so I decided to give her a chance. To my amazement, she had an offer for the full asking price in just one week in which we closed in 45days!She said we set records in that area and I think she did an amazing job doing so. The pictures she took made my house look like it was from a magazine. She responded to all my phone calls and questions very quickly and coordinated all my inspections and contractor fixes as I lived an hour away. I thought the transaction was amazingly smooth.The kicker- I was going to be late for the closing because I had to clean the rest of my belongings out of my basement, so Danielle showed up unannounced, kicked off her high heels and helped me clean out my basement. All and all, she is a very hard worker and very professional and I will hire her again and recommend her to anyone! Thanks Danielle!!!!
