Kevin was wonderful from day 1 a year ago when I met him to see one of his listings. I explained I wasn't in a rush but wanted the perfect close- to -water home in my budget. This was a tough find in this market in my budget but he assured me that if he take me through the process and we go see many homes well find the right one for me. He was not at all pushy and was willing to show me as often or as little as my schedule allowed. He was personable and easy going but very quickly showed his knowledge and expertise... his negotiation skills exceeded the average realtor and he went with my flow but also reminded me when it was time for him to take over and lead the charge.... let him do all the worrying. Both my purchase and the quick selling of my home was near flawless...... we had no blips with related to the transactions except with regards to insurance that had nothing to do with him. However, the team he uses and the mortgage brokers he recommended were also top rate!!!! They worked out the insurance issue before my own agents could, and they sailed me through the largest mortgage I have ever had with ease and professionalism, honesty and integrity. Likewise, his employees at his firm were also helpful, knowledgeable and very professional when showing my home!!! He did such a great job that my neighbor has already hired him to sell her home! I highly recommend Lighthouse realty and Kevin Keogh Jr for all you realty purchases in north Palm Each to Martin County without any reservation whatsoever.
