I cant even begin to say enough about the Lightfoot-Youngblood team! They are the best of the best! My husband and I tried to sell our home in St.Louis for 2 years, and during that time we contacted Tracey about sending us listings in the Branson/Tablerock area. She stayed in contact w/us during that time without being pushy, in fact, she was compassionate and reminded us that it all takes time and its in Gods hands. When we made it down there to look at properties, Tracey referred us to Brad since she was w/other clients during our visit. Wow, were we impressed! What a fantastic realtor Brad is! He was so knowledgeable about the area, the lakes and most important the real estate market itself. The day we met Brad it was about 95 degrees outside and since we just drove in from St.Louis, we had to bring our older dog with us. Well, our air conditioner broke, so I was carrying him around with me. Brad invited me and my dog to ride with him in his car...I said, No way am I putting my dog in your beautiful clean car, but he insisted! This was just the beginning...over time, Brad stayed working with us and never once made us feel rushed even though I know we werent the easiest customers to work with as we had many requirements that our new home had to have. Brad would constantly say, Its ok, I want you guys to find exactly what you are looking for, and besides, I love what I do, and nothing is more important than you finding that perfect place! I have to say that anytime we called or emailed Brad, every single message was returned and answered immediately! He went above and beyond what you would expect in a realtor. Over time Brad became more than a realtor, he became our friend. Doing business with him was a pleasure and we will be calling him for sure next time we are in need of a realtor.
