I moved my family from South Carolina to the Greater Atlanta area about 2 years ago. Upon first moving to the area, we had no contacts and did not know a realtor to use...at the time I had heard a radio ad for an agency in Atlanta and so we called them. It ended up being a really bad experience. In comparison, working with Dominai was a breathe of fresh air. My wife and I felt like we had someone who was working with us and on our behalf to help us find the right home. Our prior experience working with a realtor in Atlanta had us feeling like we were doing all the work and that the realtor was not listening. We would visit homes with one person and then provide feedback and speak with our agent, and just never felt like we were on the same page. With Dominai and Chad the communication was great, the energy and effort put into selling our home and advising us on a new purchase were outstanding. They went above in beyond in some cases, even helping us have our home ready to show for a last minute appointment while we were out of town. We would use them again and highly recommend.
