Selling our home seemed very unlikely until we found Jaime. I spoke with two other realtors before him, and both said I wouldn't get what I wanted for my house. Then one day I decided to go on Zillow and contact a realtor they recommended on their app- Jaime Mejia. Jaime came to our house and told us all about himself and his team at Luxe Properties and after telling Jaime how much I wanted for my house, he threw an even higher number at me (he had done his research before our meeting). All I have to say is that Jaime listed our house on a Friday and we had a full price offer the very next day. He found a way to make the whole process a breeze. I am beyond thankful for his hard work and 'never give up' attitude. I started with a realtor and ended with a great friend. Jaime, you are the real MVP. Thank you!

What can I say about Tati. The most positive person I have ever met. My wife and I were in search for our dream home, so we were extremely picky. To be honest, were surprised Tati didnt kick us to the curb, but she was nothing but good vibes and always reminded us that we will find the perfect house. One day, Tati sent me a home that she thought we would like. At first, when I saw what the sellers were asking, I thought she was crazy. She said aEURoelets just go see it and worry about that lateraEUR?. My wife and I didnt like it, we loved it! So much that we went back the next day to see it again. The hard part was realizing that the price was out of our budget range, or so I thought. Tati was so knowledgeable, that she sat us down and broke down every detail of what it would cost us. It turned out we could afford a little more than what I thought, but still less than the asking price. We submitted an offer and I couldnt believe Tati was able to somehow pull it off. We can honestly say that she found our dream home and fought for it everyday until we closed. I cant thank her enough for getting my family the home we thought was only in our dreams. The cherry on top was gaining a great friend Thank you, Tati!
