I have had experience with Mandy only and I cannot say enough about how educational that experience was from the very first time I met her. As a result I personally purchased 2 homes, including my very own home after a divorce. While there were years between the two, Mandy kept impeccable reords a d correspondence on file that would ultimately impact my home buying abilities as a single mother. The outcome of course was homeownership in a home that was suitable for me and my children. She not only showed me homes that were cosmetically appealing, she educated me on what I should be concerned with mechanically in a home as well. She never left a question unanswered, therefore i always knew what to expect. Even after my closing, moving into my home and starting my life as a single parent homeowner, I could still rely on Mandy for any information or guidance I needed. It has been 22 years since our first encounter and to this very day Mandy is still a reliable source of knowledgeable information and a friend.
