I have known Mandy Harless personally and professionally for twenty years now. It was a stress free and pleasant experience employing her services in the sale of two homes and the purchase of a new built condominium. Not only was she insightful in helping us to set reasonable prices for the sale of our homes, but also for choosing ideal locations and affordable mortgages for the homes we were interested in purchasing. One great many gestures of kindness that I will never forget is when I went through a divorce and wanted to purchase something of my own for myself and my son. Things were a little tight financially and I really wanted to have recess lighting in my kitchen. Mandy surprised me with the purchase of those lights for me as an early house warming gift.
