Based on my experiences with Mandy Harless, I have and would highly recommend her to anyone considering purchasing a home. She is very professional, detailed, friendly, and caring of her customers. Her responsiveness is prompt, and her local knowledge is impressive. Mandy makes sure that you receive lots of information about the area. She makes the home buying process easy by taking the time to explain the procedure in detail. Her negotiations skills are excellent, making sure that she negotiates in the best interest of her client. She offers great advice on some of the details you should be paying attention to, making sure you do not miss any detail. In addition, Mandy seems satisfied only when the client is. After the closing, she is there for any questions, concerns or additional information her client may need to make their transition into their new home as comfortable as possible. Thanks to Mandy, I can finally dwell in my dream home.

I am a retired homebuilding executive. My experience and my experiences in real estate were extensive. I can recommend Mandy and Angela without reservation. I met Mandy roughly 10 years ago when she brought one of her clients to my building sales center. Mandy had an idea that her client could get the house she wanted and was unable to find in the existing market. Mandy and I did 3 or 4 homes in that way. I was impressed that Mandy was always present when my staff was conducting a meeting with her client. She always acted professional but not in a way to impress. She is all business and conducts that business in a low key fashion. Having been a real estate broker I can tell you that Mandy is as good as they come. Whether selling or buying she will represent you, she will communicate with you in a timely fashion, and she will make sure your legal interests are protected. She represented my wife and I when we listed our home in Delaware Co. and we referred close friends to Mandy. I can tell you that no one has spoken anything but "great home-buying experience".
