We had the absolute best experience listing our house with the Lichmans. I've never seen realtors so involved in the selling process as them. We decided to remodel our home before listing it. Kari and Jason came by to walk through the home and made suggestions around the most popular color schemes, materials, etc. They also brought an interior designer in to help us pick out paint colors, flooring, and fixtures. Once the remodel was finished, they then sent in a stager to help decorate the home before taking photos and listing the property. Once the home was listed, they kept in contact with us regularly to provide updates and feedback from showings and searches on our home as well as comps around the area as they popped up. We felt very informed throughout the whole process and put all of our trust in them. They didn't disappoint! We sold our home at a great price and even worked out a lease back deal so that we could move straight into our new construction home on time. They are the best! I will be recommending them to anyone I know who plans on buying or selling a home.

Jason and Kari were extremely helpful in the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. Going the extra mile in all things realty. From bringing in a stager to help ready our house, having a photographer come out to take professional pictures, getting our house onto the internet sites quickly and holding the open house all within a very time frame; our house sold very quickly and we had multiple bids to choose from. They also did an amazing job representing us in the purchase of our new home. They had internet searches set up an emailed to us, kept in close contact with us on a regular basis, and even showed homes on the weekend and evenings. Negotiations went smoothly and both homes closed on time. We are extremely happy with their service and would heartily recommend them to friends and family. Their knowledge and service was above and beyond, you won't be disappointed.

TL;DR - 5 out of 5 stars - If you want to buy a house, get Kari Lichman. She is professional, loyal and a very good real estate agent.Long version - I'm sitting in my new house (that Kari helped me find) writing this review. A little background about my situation; I was new to the Austin area and coming from out of state; I was a first time home buyer; I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for, but was unsure on a few of the details. As I mentioned, Id never been to Austin before, but Id heard many good things from many people I trust. I arranged to be in town for a week to look at the area along with properties, and this is where Kari came in. Not only did she clear her mornings (from 10am-2pm) for the entire week, but she also chauffeured me around. This allowed me to see the area while she tour guided me from property to property - and she showed me a lot of properties (5+ homes per day). As we looked through all the properties, Kari expertly helped hone my expectations into exactly what I was looking for. Kari contributed a great amount of insight into features that would help resell the house (should I choose to in the future). In the end, I had a list of top three choices and I made my offer. Like most home purchases, there were issues (which I wont get into). But throughout the entire process, I always felt that; Kari was 100% on my side; and she was trying to get me into the house, not because she wanted to make a sale, but because it was the house I wanted. Kari was a consummate professional; she often went above and beyond and is, in general, a good, honest individual. Even after the house closed, Kari still remains a lifeline for me on general aEURoestarting a householdaEUR? things. I could continue on with glowing praise, but Ill end it here. In short, I give Kari 5 out of 5 stars. I will seek her out the next time I want to buy a property and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house. Thanks again, Kari!
