When we decided to sell our house and buy a new house, we turned to Jason and Kari Lichman, and we were so glad that we did. Jason came and looked at our house and gave us a very professional assessment of its value, which started our selling process. He helped us through every step from getting our house ready, to the open house, to negotiating the offer. And he was right! We sold in three days with multiple offers. He made the selling process smooth, which freed us up to focus on buying a new house. Kari listened to the needs of our family and helped guide us in our search for our new home. She was patient and answered endless questions with her knowledge and expertise. The decision to move to Houston was a long time coming, however the timing that I had to sell my house before I had to start work at my new job was short! I was also closing out the school year, adjusting to the realization that I was leaving Austin, and saying goodbye to many dear friends and coworkers. If I did not have Jason of the Lichman group as my realtor, I would not have made it! From the very first day that I called him, Jason was reliable, trustworthy, and thorough. I have no knowledge of realty or what it takes to sell a house, and I felt completely at ease every step of the way with Jason. He explained things when I needed and took care of things when I did not have time or was stressed. From staging and listing, to inspections and packing, Jason addressed all my needs in a timely manner. He made selling my house extremely smooth to where I could focus on the excitement ahead of me. I'm sad I won't be able to use the Lichman group in Houston as I look to buy a new home. If you want a realtor who treats you like you are their only client, choose the Lichman group.
