It was our true pleasure to have worked with Dave, and we are so thankful to have had him by our side for our househunting endeavor. In addition to being a true gentleman, he took the time to understand what we needed and did not waste our time trying to push unfit properties on us, but instead carefully watched the market and immediately brought us to the right places the moment they became available.We had aspirations of finding two properties with specific wants/needs in close proximity of each other, and while we understood this was not likely, Dave actually made it happen in just over a month. I worked with Chris just recently selling an existing property as well as purchasing new and must say he did as good a job that could be done. Basically every bullet point on a checklist you would expect from a realtor he completed in my view. 1 - Understanding exactly what you need and what you are looking to do. 2 - Following through with the discussions and planning. 3 - Daily diligence finding new properties to view. 4 - promptly putting existing property on the market with very impressive video advertising existing property which was done so elegantly. 5 - Lining up meetings to view properties quickly and diligently. 6 - Promptly returning texts and phone calls very consistently. 7- Truly knowing the ins and outs of the business. 8 - Finally is trust. Most importantly I felt I could trust him. He is professional and I wouldnt chance trying a different realtor. I personally had the correct experience with him as one would hope for and expect during a potentially stressful time of buying and selling. Highly recommended.
