Our relationship with Iris and Pax began when we were searching for a rental home. Although the home that we were interested in renting was only listed for sale and not rent, they approached the homeowners on our behalf and asked them if they would be willing to rent their home to us, and the homeowners agreed. When we were later in a position to purchase a home, Iris and Pax went above and beyond to help make that happen. We already liked the home we were in, but Iris and Pax thought it was a good idea to go ahead and look at a few homes that were on the market, to help us be sure that the rental home was the most suitable for us.Over the course of the summer, we looked at few homes. Iris was always willing to take us to any home we wanted to see, at any time. We kept coming back to the realization that we preferred the home we were renting, so we moved on to the next step.During the purchase negotiations Iris and Pax were very helpful explaining our options, helping us find favorable financing, and helping get a deal that was fair to both the buyer and seller.I would not hesitate to use them for any future real estate needs.
