I had been trying to buy a home for quite some time with no luck and opposing scheduling, when finally I decided to do something different. I figured I'd contact the realtor on the for sale sign as opposed to going through the realtor I was previously working with. As fate would have it, the realtor on the for sale sign was Jessie! I explained my conundrum of being a single buyer in a very competitive housing market. There were seven competing offers on the home. I went all in on an offer and she shared my struggles with her sellers. The same afternoon of looking at the house, Jessie called me and advised that my offer had been accepted by her wonderful sellers. Jessie really went above and beyond the call of her duty to ensure the process through closing was smooth... I must say, it was easier than buying a car.
