Alex is amazing to work with, because of his passion for the real estate market. My wife and I are first time home buyers, so we were quite nervous and unsure of what we needed to do. Alex invested his time and knowledge in educating us on all the intricacy of buying a home. He showed a lot patience for our question and spent countless hours explaining and showing us various listings. Alex walked us through the entire process of looking for a mortgage, rate changes, advising on excellent attorneys to work with and board approval package. We never felt pressured into buying a home, Alex was a professional and willing to look at the listing in our shoes the buyer and not an agent looking for a quick commission. My wife and I are grateful in stumbling upon Alex, he made the process as stressless as possible and surprisingly enjoyable. I recommend Alex to all home buyers. For those who do not know Alex, let me start by saying that working with Alex made getting my first apartment in NYC super easy. I was surprised by how smooth of a process this was. There was full transparency and responsiveness all the way through. Any questions where quickly turned around- any concerns where immediately addressed. Alex carries himself professionally and takes a lot of pride in delivering his absolute best. Upon arriving to the apartment, I knew Alex already scoped the place out.
