I had some pre-requisites to handle prior to having a lender pre-qualification letter in hand and Theresa was very helpful with providing me resources to get this accomplished. Theresa was also very patient with the whole process considering I was in an "exploration" mode to begin with; looking at many different areas of Austin. Theresa provided me with weekly emails during this period of time which really helped me get a grasp on current market value trends in the different areas of town. Rodney showed me the listing to the home that I actually purchased; it had only been on the market for one day. Timing was critical and Rodney was an excellent negotiator to secure the signed Purchase Contract. Additionally, I was assigned a Transaction Coordinator, Angie. Angie was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with and kept the pre-closing process running smoothly. Working with Theresa and Rodney on this methodical process proved to be very successful for me. I would highly recommend Theresa and Rodney to anyone who is looking for a competent and pleasant Realtor.

I cannot put into words how amazing Stacy is, but I will try my best. She is hard working, patient, and on your team always. My wife and I are first time home buyers and we had no idea where to begin or what to do, but there was Stacy ready to lead us through every step. When I say Stacy is hard working it doesnt cut close to what she is going to do for you. She worked numbers with us. Answered every question we had and if she didnt have an answer she made sure she found it. Her patience is beyond understanding. We told her our wants and needs in a home, Stacy kept us grounded and made sure that any home we looked at was worth it. she wanted us to feel comfortable enough to vocalize our concerns. She made sure we were always going to get what we wanted. Stacy is going to be a cheerleader, teammate and coach, always cheering you on. When we finally found our home, she was there from the first page we signed to the last one on closing date. She read everything and made sure we understood. She was the greatest teacher into the next big step in our lives. Best way to explain Stacy is simple, if you are new to Austin or you are buying home for the first time and have no one to ask questions on how to, then Stacy is your realtor. She gives off the safe, friend/family energy which is sometimes so hard to find and especially when you need someone there with you looking at homes and trying to figure out what you want. My family is very blessed to have Stacy as our realtor, I honestly dont think this dream we had for so long would have come true without her. Thank you Stacy, I hope all the good you put out in the universe comes back 10 fold to you.
