We were in town from out of state and had 1 week to empty and list my mother in laws condo. We spoke with 3 realtors and were all in agreement to use Matthew. Within 4 hours of our phone call, he came and presented us with a very professional listing of comps in the same condo complex. Using these comps, we were able to come up with a listing price, which Matthew guided us as to what was reasonable. He was extremely helpful as to what to do in the condo to promote a quick sale, and explained the listing documents very clearly to us. He remained available by phone anytime we called with a question, and was extremely kind and patient with us, He photographed the condo and amenities and had it listed while we were still in town. His listing was very well done and informational. We were always informed of any step in the listing process as it was being done. The condo sold for very close to asking price 3 days after we returned home. Matthew then explained what would be involved in the closing process. He got HOA permission for the buyer and was available for the inspection. The closing went extremely smoothly within 1 month of the sale. Matthew was extremely well informed and supportive throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know that would be buying or selling in the area.
