My first contact with Kelly was through a referral who had just purchased a condo from Kelly and told me how important and helpful she was. Kelly impressed me most with her patience she had with my wife who has Alzheimer's. We had to cancel our first encounter with Kelly because of my wife and Kelly was very accommodating even though we had a signed agreement and with all the upfront work Kelly already did. She said when the time was right she would be there. That was impressive and very much appreciated. When time was right we again signed with Kelly and because of all her upfront hard work we accepted a full price all cash offer three hours after the MLS posting. That in itself speaks volumes of her Local Knowledge, Process Expertise, Responsiveness and Negotiation skills. I definitely would highly recommend Kelly Leitner, she was a Godsend.
