I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Dena. Her personality alone is enough of a reason to choose to work with her. Not only did she respond to my countless emails, texts and calls, but she did so in a calming manner and always ended our conversations with me laughing.My husband and I were new to the Huntsville area and also to the homeowner scene. Dena walked us through every detail, and having an engineer for a husband, it was very important for us to know all the small print and feel completely informed on every aspect of the process. Dena did a great job as our buyer's agent for our first time home buyer experience. I'm sure we were difficult customers, as we were very picky and searched for a loooong time and viewed countless houses. Dena was always very professional and prompt, and seemed happy to show us whatever houses we wanted. She is easy to get a hold of, and great at juggling many showings with everyone's schedule. Once we finally picked a house, the process went very smoothly, and I trusted Dena to stay on top of everything and not let us forget any steps. Dena did a good job of negotiating the sales price we wanted. I also felt that the other professionals she suggested to us (mortgage agent, law firm for closing) were outstanding and really made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
