i only marked her down on local knowledge because we bought the first house we looked at with her! :D she was amazing to work with.. i came across her by chance when calling Century 21 on another listed house..the house was already sold but the gentleman on the phone said he would have Amanda give me a call and that she was really great... he was right! i heard from her the same day around 3pm, told her about a different house i really liked and wanted to see.. we had an appointment to see it AND 3 other houses the very next day! Once i saw the house i originally liked, we submitted an offer that night:).. the process was so quick and Amanda always kept in touch and was always so responsive. She even met us at the house 3 times after our offer was accepted at our request just because we wanted to see it again or measure the flooring.. she was always super busy and had so many things going on, but i never felt like i was not a top priority.. i will continue to recommend her to any of my family or friends that may be looking to buy or sell a home! :)
