We started our listing as sell by owner because we had our reservations about realtors based on our previous experiences. When that was not working due to the nature of the local housing market, we started looking for realtors. We were looking for someone who values professionalism over profit. There were few established and local realtors who tried many tricks to get the listing. Some approached us, ostensibly to help with sell by owner, but left their card to be reached out if we need to list with them. Jessica approached us and addressed our concerns directly. We found a reassurance of sincerity and professionalism. We never had to regret our decision of listing with Jessica. It was impressive when she set high professional standards by thoroughly cleaning the house and carpets herself before starting the showings.
