We have worked with 2 different buying agents in different States before. Paul is our third agent we have worked with when we moved to MD. We thought our last agent was really good. Boy! We were wrong. Paul set up a new high bar bringing his exceptional knowledge and expertise to the table. His previous experience in building significantly plays a big role to help us feel more confident when looking at houses and when any problems occur. He is so detail oriented and will never let any details/questions pass you by without answering them. Every question we have, Paul will get to the bottom of it! Paul did several CMA reports for us. His works come with the highest quality you can possibly get-not just getting reports done. It took us about a year to find the right house. Paul never pressures us and tries his hardest to understand what we need and want. He understands sometimes what you are looking for is changing over time. Paul is constantly seeking for our feedback and being so adaptive on our changing needs. Paul exceeds our expectations in every way. After we closed on our house, he is still helping and reminding us in things that we have to do!!! That is really telling you a lot about Paul. We are thankful that Paul is our agent and definitely will recommend Paul to our friends and families.

From the initial meeting through the innumerable home visits to several late night offer compositions, Paul demonstrated his competence and communicativeness. We met with three other agents before making the decision to work with him, and he proved to be the best. My wife and I had complete confidence in Paul throughout the process - he identified quality houses that matched our stated criteria, and was willing to meet us whenever and wherever was convenient for us to peruse each and every home we had the energy to see. We ended up making two offers on two different properties (which were, evidently outbid by others) with Paul. He guided us through both the structure and strategies thereof, and answered every question I had - I'm talking sub-sub-sub bullet details. When we submitted those offers, I felt good that we knew exactly what those 60+ pages contained and meant. Due to some unexpected life changes on our part, we temporarily have stopped searching, but we'll certainly be calling Paul if and when we do begin anew.
