This review is long overdue... RJ helped us purchase our first home in June in Imperial Beach, CA. As first time home-buyers we were anxious as there are so many different factors in buying a home. Not to mention, with Covid-19 precautions as well. He was always profession & responsive via text, phone calls, and email. We felt comfortable asking questions and had confidence in RJs knowledge of the area and the entire process. He truly does his research and knows all areas in San Diego. RJ was recommended to my husband and I by multiple family members whom have used RJ to find homes in the past. Hes helped them purchase property in El Cajon, Mission Valley, and even Palm Desert. My brother and his wife are working with RJ to purchase a home in Jamul as I write this review! When purchasing our new home in Imperial Beach, RJ was able to negotiate the price down significantly which was ideal for us as first time homeowners. We are truly grateful to RJ and hope to continue to work with him in the future if we decide to relocate.
