My husband and I have worked with several realtors in the purchase and sale of 5 properties. Relative to previous experiences, Bill showed a high degree of professionalism and expertise when he sold our home. Not only did he demonstrate a thorough understanding of the market, Bill and his team were able to conduct a very effective marketing plan that positioned our home for a quick, and therefore, less stressful, sale. My husband and I also felt fully confident that Bill understood the community we were moving into and he was able to identify a property that met our needs. Bill reduced our stress by managing the Purchase and Sale process and acting as our advocate during the negotiation. Finally, Bill is fun to be around. Kristin Weekley is an excellent real estate agent. As first time home buyers in a seller's market, we were feeling overwhelmed by the process until we started working with Kristin. Kristin made us feel totally comfortable by answering our questions (no matter how small or silly), pointing out things that may affect our home's long term value, and helping us understand the real estate market and home buying process. Kristin has incredible patience and was committed to helping us find the right home for us, as evidenced by her willingness to show us many homes over the course of six months. The home we purchased had lead paint remediation, and Kristin went above and beyond by making sure the lead paint remediation certificate is on file with the state, which will ensure an easy transaction if we decide to rent or sell. In a tough buyer's market, Kristin helped us find a great home at a reasonable price, and we couldn't be happier with her work as our agent.
