Kristin is a fantastic and highly knowledgeable real estate agent and we highly recommend her! She was recommended to us by the lender we were working with and we are not sure if we would have gotten through the real estate buying process without her. We are first-time homebuyers, and she took the time to understand our needs and to recommend homes that were a good fit for us, and she had patience as this process changed as we looked at more homes. She is extremely well-connected and was able to help us through all parts of the home buying process from the inspection, to lawyers needed for the closing, and to making upgrades/repairs. Throughout the process Kristin always was communicating with us, always found time to see the listings we were interested in, and gave insightful feedback on the positives and negatives of the listings. She was a pleasure to work with!

In 2018 we sold a duplex located in Melrose, MA. that we had owned for 40 years and The Bill Butler Group represented us. The house was built in 1865 and was purchased in 1978 as an investment property, but because of the age of the house we really didnt have a good understanding of how to price it in the current market. We had three local realtors give us there opinions and a market analysis done by each. The results of their assessments were similar, but during the process one realtor really impressed me and that was Bill Butler.He shared his thoughts on the best way to market the house and gave us his best estimate on what to expect. Looking back, its amazing how accurate he was with his predictions. At times, I wanted to stray from the course, but he patiently explained why we shouldnt and he was right.He responded to my every call and email in a timely manner and always conducted himself as a professional. For most people the sale of real estate is a big deal and were no different, but Bill made the process less stressful and achieved a result that was more than we expected. Thank You, Bill.
