My husband and I have worked with several realtors in the purchase and sale of 5 properties. Relative to previous experiences, Bill showed a high degree of professionalism and expertise when he sold our home. Not only did he demonstrate a thorough understanding of the market, Bill and his team were able to conduct a very effective marketing plan that positioned our home for a quick, and therefore, less stressful, sale. My husband and I also felt fully confident that Bill understood the community we were moving into and he was able to identify a property that met our needs. Bill reduced our stress by managing the Purchase and Sale process and acting as our advocate during the negotiation. Finally, Bill is fun to be around.
