Best firm I ever worked with. All true professionals from initial meeting to listing to selling (in less that three days) to contract and followup. Lawrie is a highly experienced realtor who has developed an exceptional team. Terri Church and the rest of the team worked closely with me on the process and represented my home as a true pro with great consideration and interest. His office gem is Pam who is the "behind the scenes" closing coordinator who handles everything after the offer. She made all the paperwork required for closing seamless. Great personality and a true professional. I was away on vacation during the close and did not have any concerns knowing that she was taking care of all that was needed. Should I need the services of a realtor in the future I will definitely consider the Lawrie Lawrence Team. They are the best!!!!

The Lawrie Lawrence Team did a great job of selling our home with in 6 months of listing. However, after a Due Diligence extension and at the very last hour of the Due Diligence Period, the prospective buyers declined to purchase. Discouraged but not deterred the Lawrie Lawrence Team tweaked the sale price and filmed a new indoor and outdoor video to give the home a new and fresh restart. Within the first 2 weeks there were 7 new showings with a ton of great reviews. We continued to show our home and then put it under contract, selling it for the full sales price. Total time on the market was less than a year. We have worked with other Realtors in the past but none as pleasant and efficient as the Lawrence Team, they were "take charge" from the start.
