Over the busy July 4th holiday, my husband and I visited Lynchburg VA to get a feel for the layout and culture. Unfortunately we were unable to find a realtor who was free to show us the 12 listings we'd chosen. We stopped in at Starbucks to map out our listings on our GPS, when we were approached by Jay Kumar (Advantage Mortgage Specialist). He'd overheard our deliberations and asked us if we needed a realtor. On the affirmative, he made a quick call to Lauren Habermas and asked her if she'd be available to show us around the following day, Sunday. She was very willing and made arrangements to show us around the next day rearranging her busy schedule to fit us in for an hour. On Sunday it became apparent that we wouldn't be able to see even half of our listings. Lauren went the extra mile and rearranged Monday giving us another 2-3 hours. Altho we were unable to find a house that fit our budget, we appreciate the time and effort she willing gave and the overall view and culture tour she took us on.Lauren is high-energy, spontaneous, friendly, pleasant and talkative! She has a strong desire to please. We would happily recommend her services to potential buyer or sellers.
