Lauren Bell with Blickenstaff & Co. is nothing short of amazing! She was so helpful throughout every step of the way during our home search/purchase. We were not familiar with the area and Lauren was a great adviser on what areas to look at as well as providing options for our family. The first house we fell in love with was under contract, but Lauren stepped right up with an even better home and we couldnt be happier. She kept us informed throughout and was friendly and available any time we needed her. She stayed on top of punch list items to ensure that our new construction home was ready when we were. She helped us close in under a month and her colleague Karis was friendly, helpful, and available as well. Karis even helped us select the best internet provider in the area. Lauren worked hard to ensure that we got the best possible deal for our dream home. I would absolutely use Lauren again and would recommend her to everyone I know.
