I have worked with several agents and I found that most don't listen, at least to the buyer. My profile was clear and after three previous agents I found Chris by luck, at an open house. I was looking for a home in Paradise Valley and still living in Manhattan NY so every house hunting trip was expensive and important. Chris listened to what I wanted, he did not waste my time and made sure that we were always on the same page before I flew to Phoenix with only a couple of days to view homes in PV. Chris knows Paradise Valley and is plugged in to what is going on including sellers/buyers motivations and works well with his collegues which in this case accelerated the sales process. Michelle went above and beyond during our home buying experience. My wife and I relocated from Indiana to Arizona and had no idea where to start looking for a family home. We found Michelle's information online, left her a message, and heard back the same day to start the home buying process. We were generally only available for pockets of time to look at houses due to commuting back and forth between states, Michelle always made time to accommodate our schedule. The most important thing Michelle did was stay patient and helpful during a VERY long process. We were initially going to build, and decided against it. Found a house we loved, were going to make an offer, found out it was by a landfill. Put an offer in on another house, appraisal came back low and deal feel through. Finally, found a house that we liked, but because we had been burned by the prior three, was hesitant to put in an offer too quickly. Michelle knew our needs and the limited market inventory and encouraged us to moved on the house. It was the best decision we could have made, LOVE the house! We contacted Michelle almost a year ago to begin the process of identifying properties in Scottsdale. Despite knowing that our timing for actually closing on a property was almost a year out (in order to align with my youngest son's high school graduation) and required us to sell our current home, Michelle was not phased by the long timeline or the complexity of our situation. She happily agreed to take us out and show us properties to get a sense of what we wanted and she and Vic quickly understood our style, were respectful of our budget and were always responsive when we had questions. With their help, we were able to find an amazing home that was set for completion in April of this year. The entire process went remarkably smoothly with Michelle's assistance.
