Mark was a bad choice in my experience of buying a home in Middleton. Mark was unmotivated to work as my agent. From simple questions to something needing immediate attention Mark for most times did not get back to me until I followed up with him. This is not something I wanted from my agent.I lost a house without making an offer since Mark was out of town. I don't expect agents to be on heels 24*7 but thought I should share this for couple of reasons: 1. Seen reviews mention about agents who cancel their vacation to get an offer through. 2. As an agent Mark failed to predict someone else might put an offer.Mark is not good at negotiating. Mark was unprofessional when he tried to misrepresent communication between the seller and us. I later verified with the seller and found it untrue. The biggest advise I could give is if you are in doubt verify with the seller or the agent the credibility of his communication.Overall, I would never work with Mark again nor recommend him to people I love.
