I started working with Mandy 6 months into my home search. The hardship of being a first time buyer in a crazy market was tough enough, but at the time, I was working with a family friend realtor who just was not knowledgable about the area and the market it warranted. The very first day I spoke to Mandy, she had us looking at a house that we ended up putting our first offer in on. I was blown away by her insight, knowledge about the area/community/flood zones/taxes/school systems etc. and her ability to walk through a house and point out all the pros and cons the places have to offer outside of just the cosmetic items. She always made herself available for me, as if I was her only client. I asked at least 20 questions a day and she fielded them almost instantly, with no hesitation. She was true to my budget, and in times where people are putting in crazy offers over asking, she always was honest with me about what she thought houses would sell for, and what she thought would be a strong yet smart offer to go in at. We just closed on our first home this month. We were out of attorney review in less then 24 hours, we closed in less then 30 days, and Mandy was all over everything I need to be doing every step of the way. She clearly has been there many of times before, as she seamlessly got us first time buyers through the end line, and with all things consider, it was a very stress free process. She is professional, honest, diligent, and just overall is very on top of her stuff. She isn't lying when she says she is a real estate expert! She was amazing to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy/sell in the Essex County area!
