My wife and I decided to try to purchase a vacation home in New Orleans, but we understood that it would be challenging because we were out-of-state buyers and were trying to execute a time-sensitive tax exchange, so there were a few extra moving parts to our transaction and we knew that there was a chance that we would not be able to realize our dream of owning a home in the French Quarter. We reached out to Jennifer to represent us as our Realtor, and this was the best decision that we could have possibly made. On every level - her knowledge of the area, her understanding of our needs and limitations, her consistently prompt responses, and her ability to refer us to local resources (our lender, a great contractor, even the perfect furniture store) - she came through for us, and we are now the thrilled owners of our dream home. We have nothing negative to express about our experience, and we are simply amazed and grateful that it went so smoothly and that the outcome was so terrific, and we truly believe that without Jennifer's assistance and expertise, we may not have been able to realize our dream.

Jennifer is the type of professional that is rarely seen these days. She has the utmost knowledge about all things dealing with a real estate transaction, is helpful with every phase of the process, works extremely well under pressure, and never failed to be responsive to our every need. Jennifer went above and beyond the scope of what we considered the norm, which was so helpful in finalizing lots of details that could have been very difficult, since we were out-of-state throughout the entire process. I understand that the highest praise a realtor could ask for is if her previous clients are enthusiastic to work with her again.
