This may seem like a canned review, but I assure you it is not. My husband and I were faced with relocation to another state and had to sell our home. We accepted presentations from two different real estate agencies. Although I was unavailable to meet with either of them, initially, based on the feedback from my husband, I knew Michael was the choice for us. He pesented a marketing package which included a wide area from NO to BR, and other brokers in the relocation market. He provided honest, helpful suggestions regarding refreshing and upgrades which would better the value of our home and still keep it within the neighborhood's market value (reasonable changes in which we would realize a true return on investment vs upgrades which would cost us more than we would earn back) to help it to show well and to sell quickly. He provided us with reliable contacts for work we couldn't do ourselves, assisted with contacts for the best materials pricing for DIY jobs, set up a professional photography session for the home, knew the market from the New Orleans region to the Baton Rouge region, and beyond, was kind, courteous, professional, and fun to work with. Above all else, I value honesty and communication, and I felt I received that from him. I was nervous about the timing of our house going on the market, as there were several other homes in our neighborhood for sale at the same time, but we had several offers within a week and a half, and with his honest feedback and negotiation skills, we signed a contract by the end of two weeks. Couldn't have done it as well without him!
