Jon was the listing agent on our home, we were nervous and skeptical about the whole process but Jon assured us it would go smoothly. Jon toured our home and ran the comps in the area once he did a little research he told us the price we thought our home was worth was actually to low once again he asurd us that all would work out. Jon showed our home twice to some clients he knew would like the home and sold it in three days. Jon also helped us purchase our new home at the same time he was selling our old home which went just as smothley. Jon went out of his way to answer any question and help us with all the viewing of our new house we thought we needed. Jon is an easy going person which shows in his work he was never pushy he answered every call we made to him and if he didnt have the answer he would find out and call us back with the answer. We have know Jon for quite a few years and have come to know his family as well, his sons are respectful young men just as he is We have and will always refer people to Jon

Recently my folks had just sold their ranch with Lashley land and cattle while my husband and I were in the process of moving. We had a few projects left to complete on our house in North Platte, before we could put it on the market. My folks said there was someone at Lashleys that deals in selling houses and I called Jordan Maasen to get a better recommendation. He gave me Tamis phone number and I called her that day. Bless Tamis heart, she answers her phone when she is even on her way to Jamaica just to help us out. Patrick and I cant recommend her enough. The most selfless, knowledgeable and flexible person we have ever dealt with and this was our first time selling a house. What couldve been a nightmare, she was able to make both us and the buyer happy and negotiate on things that she knew would work for us both. We will be using Tami in the future as long as shes available. Please, if you have a house with land to sell or buy, dont pass up the opportunity to work with her. What started out strangers, we now have a friend as well as a sold house.
