My wife and I were interested in purchasing a new home and Jon contacted us immediately after we saved the home to our Zillow account. Jon provided us with the necessary information and encouraged us to tour the home. After falling in love with the house we continued on with the purchase process. Additionally, Jon assisted in the selling of our current residence. I was extremely hesitant about the situation because of the potential of a double mortgage. With that being said, Jon was very reassuring throughout. Furthermore, Jon was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns and never rushed us with any decisions that had to be made. We completed the purchase of our new residence in a timely manner. Lastly, Jon was able to accurately price our home and we sold it within 3 days of putting it on the market. Jon was invaluable throughout the process and we could not have been happier with his services.
