This is my second time working with Pam and Craig Kuper, and once again I was extraordinarily happy with my choice. Pam sold my condo on Commerce St in downtown Milwaukee , which right now is a pretty tough market with so many condos to choose from and values dropping. Still Pam was able to sell my condo for close to asking price. she is a great negotiator and both Craig and Pam always give great advice.A couple days before closing Title Co tried making me bring another 6K to closing because Mortgage company was not going to let me use my escrow balance, Craig took it personally to fight with the bank and Title Co to get the matter resolved and I didn't end up having to pay.I would highly recommend them for home sales or as a Mortgage broker, they are an amazing unique team, You won't regret choosing them. You probably even become great friends!
