Lani was amazing throughout the process. When I first met her I suggested I had a few places in the local area that Id like to see. She and I made arrangements to meet up following her open house that day and she took me to see each of the homes. Having chosen which Id like to pursue she contacted the listing agent the same day and began negotiations. She was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process even after completion of the negotiations and working with the mortgage company. She was very responsive to questions whether I asked them by phone, text or email. If an answer wasnt at hand she would contact the correct party get the answer and respond quickly. She would keep me posted on what the next processes were so I could have everything ready as best as possible to speed the process along. She was a pleasure to work with and very helpful in me purchasing my new home.
