Linda Lane and her team were outstanding in every regard. She is on top of every detail, but she is also exceptionally personable and reasonable. She provided well-reasoned advice about a listing price and she was completely transparent about fees and closing costs. She worked with us extensively on staging the house for sale and she recommended several excellent companies to help with carpet and floor cleaning, pressure washing and other services. She made a great connection with the buyers and acted as a liaison who truly seemed to look out for the best interests of the buyer and the seller. At the times when Linda was not instantly available, Pam or Denise stepped in and immediately took care of any problems or needs. The sale was complicated by my fathers illness and death during the sale process, and it was further complicated by the house being co-owned by my two brothers, one of whom was also deceased and the other who lives in California. Linda helped us navigate the intimidating process and paperwork needed to make the sale. As a result, closing was fast and without stress. In addition to providing that best professional service I could imagine, Linda is exceptionally kind and compassionate. I am still touched by how sweet she was to my father, sitting with him and holding his hand on the day he moved into hospice. I recommend Linda and her team without reservation.
