Ric and Daria have extensive knowledge of the area properties. I think they have a gift for asking the right questions to enable them to find out what you are really looking for and then honing in on suitable properties. The first of May 2011, I came to the area for the first time (from Portland) thinking I was looking for one thing and through their questioning and guidance discovered that I really was looking for something else. I bought 20 acres with a cabin for an investment and family "retreat". The purchase process was smooth and it closed June 20, 2011. Ric and Daria were very helpful post sale too. There is much to learn about country living and they are experts, having hands on experience with many aspects such as off grid living, managing farm animals, and general things like wells, propane, local resources for contractors, etc. Over the first two summers I spent many weeks on my "retreat" and fell in love with the people and the area. In October 2012 I packed up, left Portland, OR and moved to my beautiful cabin. No regrets only gratitude. Ric and Daria are still giving of their expertise to this day.
