After being assigned a realtor from my lender who didn't listen, sucked at getting back to us when we would ask for information on a house and just all round was lazy, we found Jennifer on Zillow. She immediately heard our desires, concerns and interests and went to work. She was very professional with response time, gathering information, helping us understand the process etc... We looked at a few houses and nothing was looking good. The market right now is CRAZY and we were getting close to giving up hope on finding something. Jennifer pulled a magic key out of her closet and made some calls, we went and looked at a house and fell in love. While the process with the appraiser was a mess, she was jumping over all the hoops for us to get it all said and done. She treated us more like her best friends than clients. She helped us first time buyers understand every part of the process, helped navigate the closing and in the end we got in a house we love. If it were not for her we would still be searching and paying outrageous rental prices.We have already referred friends to her and will continue to do so to anyone looking in her area...
