There are times when it is necessary to get a professional involved in your decision-making process, especially when one is moving to another state. Searching exclusively online doesnt always give you the most current information about a property, and as such you waste a lot of valuable time and effort. After months of looking in four different states without much success, we finally settled on the area around Hays, KS, as it is an area that we were familiar with. Pick your move to location first and then find a real estate professional to assist you. We knew Errol Wuertz from years ago, when he sold my parents property in Victoria, and we asked him to represent us as we continued our search for a new home, and for us Errol turned out to be an outstanding choice. At Errols direction, he requested that we be as specific as possible about what we were looking for and expecting in the new home, specific requirements, price range, and our availability since we were moving from out of state. In our review, Errol also asked that we be specific about why we rejected a property that we visited. He was extremely patient with us as his primary goal was not to find us just any home but was focused on finding the right home. As the process moved along and we found the home of our choice, Errol followed up in providing answers and information we requested. Errol was very detailed in leading us through the home inspection, providing documents for signature and to the closing event.
