Regina Grau was the best realtor myself and husband could have asked for. As first-time homebuyers and inexperienced going through this process our anxiety was at an all time. We were given her information by a friend of ours who Regina helped purchase her home several years before. We reached out to Regina to inquire about the steps we needed to take when we suddenly needed to take a pause. Regina didnt pressure us and gave us a moment to breath and occasionally checked in .After several months we were able to resume and Regina happily walked us through the process. Upon meeting Regina we were immediately put at ease, she provided us with every resource needed and became our realtor fairy godmother and an absolute godsend. From educating us on the different types of loans and helping us narrow down potential areas and exactly what we were looking for. Regina sent properties on a daily , to being available at all hours for questions or moments that were hard. Regina letting us know the ins and outs. She walked us through several beautiful & potential properties in different areas of Louisiana that we could plant roots and grow into. Regina made sure the homes were up to par, stayed on top of inspection reports and encouraged us to be open to negotiations.
