Darlene Review My family found our forever home thanks to Darlene. My husband and I recently purchased and sold our home with Darlene and we could not be happier with the service she provided.We had minimal disruption to our daily life while still moving forward on a quick timeline to both buy and sell. Darlene took care to schedule photos, showings, walk throughs, and inspections around our sons nap and bedtime routine. She made this process as easy as possible for us. Darlene was there to add perspective and industry knowledge during a tumultuous low inventory pandemic market. We went into our search looking at both existing homes and new construction. Darlene proved time and time again to be a wealth of knowledge on both paths. She was very responsive through email, call and text. Any question asked received a explanation that helped us outline our options and make informed decisions.When we settled on new construction Darlene helped facilitate communication and made sure our wants where being met. Our builder made multiple comments about how easy Darlene was to communicate with. Our previous realtors tried to convince us to buy every house we looked at. Darlene instead listened to our must haves and cared about us finding a house that was truly the right fit for us. I highly recommend Darlene to anyone buying or selling a home.

Darlene was recommended by a friend and she really lived up to the hype and expectations. Originally I hired her to sell my Campanelli ranch that was in need of some interior freshening up and repair. She helped me adequately price it so I could sell it and make what I needed. It moved very quickly! After we had my home under contract, the house I was going to buy and had an offer accepted with another realtor fell through. Darlene felt terrible that I lost the house and quickly worked to find me a great house to move into. She did not settle for the basic online listings of a home and found a real gem for me that met all my needs. She scouted it out even though the surface online posting did not present the home as something that I'd be interested in (just to make sure). When she got to the house she was so excited for me to see it and I put in an offer that night. If she hadn't done that deeper scouting, I would not have the awesome home I'm in now!!
