I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Susan in buying our first home. We found her when she responded to a request for a showing, and although that particular house wasn't for us, my fiancee and I both immediately felt that Susan was! She understood our needs and our means, perhaps even better than we did, and yet was willing to show us the occasional house beyond our abilities as we narrowed the search. As first time house buyers, we really needed to see a selection to understand exactly what we were looking for, and I always felt Susan respected and helped this process. When our dream house reentered the market (after its first offer fell through) I called Susan and within 24 hours we were seeing the place, and 20 minutes later we had an offer in that was accepted. After that, Susan and the rest of our team guided us through the buying process and what could have been extremely stressful instead proceeded like a dream. We moved in yesterday and we genuinely feel that Susan was an integral part of making this dream come true! Thank you so much!
