We initially hired Susan because at the time we decided to list, she had just sold the most expensive house in our town.She has since successfully sold our house and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to our friends and family.I am happy to list reasons to hire Susan :-)1) Susan did an actual hands on market analysis so we could determine the best price to list our house at. I love Zillow and have used it for years, but sometimes there are inaccuracies that can throw off a homes estimated value. (Ex. my grandma had a lien that caused her house to appear sold for $4,000 even though we sold it for $100,000 a year later)2) Susan was easy to get in touch with during the whole process and always replied promptly. Meeting in person was always on time.3) In this market, some buyers assume a homeowner must be desperate to be selling now and propose seriously insulting offers. Susan was always graceful and diplomatic. When countering a low offer, Susan would masterfully show her knowledge of our home, neighborhood and town.4) I'm sure I can't list everything great Susan did, but I know I can't find anything to list to complain about.
