What we have here is a failure to communicate. Zillow assigned her to me, and we spoke. I indicated 5 properties I was interested in, and that I hoped to bid on one of them if she could help me narrow it down. She sent me MLS links for two. I said I thought I would like to bid on one of those. She said it was going to auction. I asked: when, and could she give me a tour of it? She did not reply for over a week. I waited and eventually checked Zillow. Maybe I should have called daily? When I checked Zillow after 9 days of no response, I saw the home was under contract. She still has not replied. So as far as I can guess, I lost my chance at my first choice place because Ms. Liberatore couldn't be bothered with me. It was an inexpensive place, so maybe the commission was too low to motivate her? Moving on in hopes of better support elsewhere.
