Cecily was awesome! I feel extremely lucky to have found her. She is very motivated, positive, and hard working! I know this first hand after my process was being held up on the sellers end, which was frustrating and disappointing. The good news,..this is where Cecily was at her best! She went above and beyond the call of duty. There were many phone calls during eavening hours when most agents would have called it a day, not Cecily. I needed a plumber to go to the house and most agents would have said call me of you need somethin, not Cecily, she was on site with him and kept me updated on the progress. Cecily made me feel like i was a friend and not just a client. So at the end of the day i would highly recommend Cecily Dawson for an extremely positive buying experience. I cant say enough good things. Thank you Cecily!!!

My wife and I started looking for a second home in the Rhinelander, WI area back in March 2020 and Matt Wallmow was highly recommended to us. We are retired, living in Iowa and have not bought a house for a very long time. Our reason for wanting a house so far north was because our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids live up there! Matt did an amazing job in helping us look at many homes on line because we lived eight hours away. On our first house hunting trip we looked at two houses and chose the first one to place a bid. Several other people also bid on the house but Matt called the sellers realtor and told her why we were moving up north. The realtor told the sellers and they decided to sell to us because of that call! If Matt hadnt gone the extra mile we might not have gotten our new home. I recommend if you are looking for a realtor, call Matt Wallmow. He is honest, kind, very knowledgeable and will keep your interests first!
