I can not say enough about John. We were in the market for a home in Timber Trails and we 'lucked out" by calling him about one of his listings that looked promising. He listened to exactly what we were looking for....older and younger kids, aging parents, blended family.....and he not only found us the perfect home but even on the day of closing he was hauling the sellers furniture that had remained behind in the sale, sorting sheets and linens. He stuck with us the whole day killing himself and arranging for items to be donated to local churches. His knowledge about heating systems and air systems (installed and converted after we bought) was extensive as well as his knowledge of septic systems and lake recreation activities! A renaissance realtor. Even months after settling on our home he has driven by to check on our house, turn on the heat when we couldn't make it up. His generosity and readiness to help has continued well beyond closing. He is tremendous!

We contacted John and another agent, after reading Zillow reviews. John was the first one to call us back, so we went with him, and boy are we glad! We have looked at a tremendous amount of homes, as we need something somewhat specific being as we plan on living in Lake Naomi 6 months of the year. He has shown tremendous amount of patience with us throughout the process. He knowledge of the community, the homes themselves, the restrictions etc are unmatched. He is extraordinarily organized and helpful as well as honest as they come! He's measured lot lines, climbed into crawl spaces, retrieved a ladder from his own home so we could look into an attic space and so much more.
