Words cannot express how excellent of a realtor that Mike is. Wish we had found him years ago. We have used him for both buying and selling. When we were buying he was very patient with us in looking for the right property as well as kept us very informed of any new listings and any pros and cons to what we were looking at. Mike was very knowledgeable of the listings and locations. When selling our property Mike kept us very unformed as far as any showings and any potential buyers. Mike has always kept us informed both when we were buying and selling. He made the experience very pleasurable and not as stressful as it could have been. Mike stays very on top of things and never keeps you waiting. When selling the property, he sold it very quickly and never pressured us into any deals that we did not feel comfortable. In fact sometimes we would make a decision and he would recommend against it in our best interests. Glad he did. We will definitely use him again when purchasing our next house and would definitely recommend him to anybody else. Mike is a very upfront and a honest person. After many months of searching for waterfront property around South and Central Texas, I was recently interested in a lakefront condominium on Lake Conroe.
