We cannot say enough about Jolenta. Relocating from out-of-state and realizing the market was extremely competitive in Madison within the Westside community where we wanted to purchase our home, we knew we had to act fast. A colleague referred us to Jolenta (Lake & City Homes). After several telephone conversations, we planned our house-hunting trip. Meeting Jolenta in person for the first time was like reconnecting with a relative one hasn?t seen in a long time. Seriously! Jolenta, with out a doubt, is the best agent you are ever going to meet and to have representing your real estate needs ? truly a subject matter expert (knows her real estate market). Very personable! Jolenta helped us with the short sale of our home. We had been trying to sell it for several months with another agent who did not communicate with us. We eventually had to fire that agent and were fortunate to find Jolenta. She improved the presentation of our property and marketed it right. She went above and beyond by helping take Christmas lights down and clean some things up in the yard. She was in constant communication with us so we knew what prospective buyers were thinking. Very organized and very knowledgeable, especially in a difficult situation like a short sale. We sold our house within weeks of her taking over. Jolenta has many years experience and it showed. The closing was seamless. She was encouraging and had the right connections. I would highly recommend her as a realtor, in fact we are using her again as I write to buy another property. I would rate her a five star realtor.
