Ashley was fantastic. You won't find a better realtor in Lake Anna, maybe not in the entire world. She recommended a starting price range above what I thought my home was worth. We decided to start at the top of her range and my house sold in 1 day with a full price offer. I had to close in 34 days and Ashley told me to not worry, just get packed, she would take care of everything else. And she did, arranging contractors for issues found during the home inspection, a termite inspection, a septic inspection, and a closing attorney. Everything happened like it was scripted. NO DRAMA!. In 34 days. I have sold 4 other houses, all with 90 days to close, and they all had me scrambliing to resolve issues, lots of drama, and worrying. You can't find a better realtor. And she is 1 of the nicest people you will ever meet.
