I am a Canadian who has never purchased a property out of country in the past, had no knowledge about how the system in the US works and had absolutely no contacts with anyone in Florida.Mike came highly recommended from a friend who has purchased 3 properties from him in the past.Mike did everything asked of him and more. He sent very thorough pictures of the property, provided information as requested and did it all in a very timely manner (not days - it was literally hours).Mike led me throught the process, put us in contact with a Home insplector, a title agency, an insurance agent, the phone company, the utility company etc etc etc all of who I have good dealings with (dealing with phone and utility companies are never pleasant). I could not have been more impressed with Mr Mike Koch - Thank You Mike

My husband and I found Mike and Pam to be extremely professional and helpful in the selling of our condo. Mike worked with us to achieve the highest amount we could expect from the sale. He made it very easy to complete the transaction without us having to make a trip back to Florida. He also kept us informed on every showing, emailing and phoning to let us know the feedback from each interested party, immediately after having shown the unit. The sale was completed in an easy, effortless manner, for which we are truly grateful. Pam went above and beyond expectations. She sorted through and then packed all of the items to be returned to us, better than UPS or FedEx would have, and took all the packages to FedEx to be shipped, and refused to let us pay her for all the extra effort. We hope, at some point in the future, to again be able to find something in the same area, and hope at that point, Mike and Pam will again help us to find our dream unit equal to the one we just sold.
