I LOVE my new house even more now almost a year after buying it. Steve Kanniard was my agent when I purchased my home in August, 2016. I have three things to say about Steve.1. Steve got a handle very quickly on what I wanted and more importantly what I needed. I consider myself self-aware, but he got it before I did. This is one bullet point but a really important one. He showed me houses I requested to see that he knew wont work for me. And he told me why it wouldnt work before we viewed them in person. And he was always right. I am not a first-time home buyer aEUR" this is my third house. Steve is good. LISTEN to him. Talk to him. 2. Steve knows how to get a closing done. Steve ended up doing much of the work that the sellers agent should have done. I had a closing date in the middle of July and did not close until the end of August. The only reason the close happened was because Steve took control and got things done that the sellers agent should have taken care of. 3. Steves administrative assistant Kris is amazing. That is really important. When I was talking to her it was like an extension of Steve. As I said, closing on the house was super difficult due to the sellers personal situation and the lack of effort from the sellers agent. Steve and Kris made it happen before school started for my kids. I am very thankful for that!If you are thinking of Buying or Selling I highly recommend you hire Steve Kanniard!
