I met Katherine at the open house, when she represented the seller of my new home, and I was so impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and lack of aggressive sales pitching to potential buyers, which can be frequently seen in the real estate brokers at such events, that I decided to hire her for the sale of my own condo, and I never regretted this decision.I had to buy a new condo and sell my own at the same time, which was extremely stressful and difficult and at every step Katherine provided excellent support - informational, moral and even physical. She was extremely knowledgeable not only in her profession, but in many other unexpected areas, going above and beyond to help me and make the whole process to go as smoothly as possible. It seemed that she was prepared to solve absolutely any problem, which were plenty. She brought a great team of staging and photo specialists and helped me to devise a successful strategy for showing my old condo and pricing it correctly, never pressuring me into anything. Her tact, talent for negotiations and great personality proved irreplaceable to me during that stressful time. She was always available by phone or e-mail and always spent a lot of time to show my condo and to solve any problems that occurred.
