My husband and I met Eric as first time homebuyers looking for a house in the Attleboro area. I cannot say enough about the service I received during our house hunt. Even though my husband and I had a very small budget for this area Eric treated us like we were purchasing a million dollar home. He responded almost immediately to all my emails and calls (and believe me there were a lot) and I never, ever felt like I was an annoyance, a pain or any other thing that first time buyers seem to be to their agents. When we found the home we loved it needed a TON of work. Instead of discouraging us Eric explained that we could try a loan like the FHA 203K in order to finance in some of the costs of repairs. He put us in touch with an amazing mortgage specialist who was able to get us the mortgage we needed. In the end we got a home in our perfect location with almost triple our minimum acreage requirement, and large repairs financed at our amazing mortgage rate. I cannot believe that we were able to buy a home on the Attleboro/Rehoboth line on 1.3 acres with a top of the line septic system, almost new roof and siding, and brand spanking new hardwoods and carpet on our budget. We absolutely love our house and I truly believe that our experience would not have resulted in such success or been such a pleasant process if it hadn't been for Eric Buliung. I have and will continue to refer him to anyone I know looking for an agent. Thank you Eric.
