Lacy Gay sold us our first home and then sold it for us when we needed to move. She is the only realtor that I know well enough to trust completely. Lacy is very professional and knowledgeable, but can also be very personal and accommodating in any way she feels helps the client with their decision-making with regard to a realty transaction. So when the time came to start looking for another home I immediately got in touch with Lacy.Lacy showed us five homes on one Saturday morning and afternoon and offered advice and guidance as we toured each one. She had a ton of great advice for us regarding the complications of selling a home and the purchase of our new home being contingent upon the sale of the existing one. She also helped guide us through the process of selling our home to a family member, which she was not obligated to do since she wasn't involved in the transaction but she was very helpful and put time in working toward helping us get through that process as smoothly as possible.There was a potential snag during the closing that had nothing to do with Lacy or us as the buyers but she immediately went to work drafting an agreement to make sure we were covered in the event of the closing not completing as planned. She was literally putting together a document on her phone and speaking with the loan officer to email it to her to get it printed while we were sitting at the table to close which was very impressive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in buying our new home and that is exactly what we expected based on our previous interactions with Lacy. She is a very well-rounded and hard-working realtor that we would gladly recommend to anyone without hesitation.
